Legal

Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information Logix Labs LLC collects through logixlabsx.ai, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use privacy-respecting analytics, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

01

Who we are

Logix Labs LLC(“Logix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital engineering studio based in Costa Mesa, California, United States, serving clients nationwide. We operate the website at logixlabsx.ai (the “Site”). For the purposes of applicable privacy law, Logix Labs is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Questions about this policy can be sent to daniel@logixlabsx.ai or 714.217.8301.

02

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form, call, text, or email us, you choose to share information with us. Through the contact form specifically, we collect:

  • Your name and email address (required to respond to you)
  • Your phone number and company name, if you choose to provide them
  • The service you're interested in, your budget range, and your timeline
  • The message you write describing your project

We only collect this information when you deliberately send it to us. There are no accounts to create on this Site and no newsletter sign-ups.

03

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, a limited amount of technical information is processed automatically:

  • Anti-spam and security data. When the contact form is submitted, we process the request’s IP address in short-lived server memory to rate-limit abusive or automated submissions. It is not written to a database or used to profile you.
  • Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly: they do not use advertising cookies and do not track visitors across other websites. Data is reported to us in aggregate form.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider generates standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

04

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your project
  • Scope, propose, and deliver the services you ask us about
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not enroll you in marketing sequences or mailing lists. If you contact us, a human replies.

05

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Site, and only to the extent needed:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts the Site and provides the analytics and performance tooling described above.
  • Resend — delivers your contact form submission to our inbox as an email.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security commitments. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Logix Labs or others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy would continue to apply to previously collected information).

06

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or social media trackers. The analytics described in Section 03 operate without tracking you across other websites. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font request leaves your browser for a third party.

07

Data retention

Contact inquiries are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain records of our business relationship, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Rate-limiting data lives in short-term server memory and is discarded automatically. Aggregate analytics are retained per our provider’s standard retention schedule.

You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time using the contact details in Section 14.

08

Your privacy rights

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions. Where local law applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (when you submit the form), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

To exercise any of these rights, email daniel@logixlabsx.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

09

Security

The Site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), and we deliberately collect as little as possible — the least data we hold is the least data at risk. Contact submissions are transmitted to us through reputable providers with industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.

10

Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites — for example, open-source project repositories on our credits page. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

12

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites and does not sell or share personal information, there is no cross-site tracking to disable. Browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not change how the Site behaves, since the behavior they request is already our default.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or the law changes. The current version is always posted at logixlabsx.ai/privacy with its effective date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted.
